Ms. Carrie Hurihanganui, General Manager Eagle Air
Carrie joined Air New Zealand in 1999, bringing with her seven years experience in a variety of roles including sales, customers service, advertising and marketing. Her positions within Air New Zealand have included International Cabin Crew member, where she completed her Bachelor of Business degree with Massey University, Operations Coordinator across the Domestic and International Airlines, Service Delivery Manager within the International Airline and International Cabin Crew Manager, with responsibility for the 1400 staff in the Auckland, London and Shanghai bases. Carrie's previous role was Auckland Domestic Airport Manager, which involved managing all aspects of the airline's airport operations, which involved in excess of 250 aircraft movements and 5000 customers per day. Carrie took up her role as Eagle Air General Manager in July 2009, with accountability for the airline operations, fleet of 18 Beech 1900D aircraft, airports, flight operations and engineering services that provide efficient and effective air access to New Zealand's provincial towns and cities.
